For a PCB quotation, send quantity, Gerber files, stack-up or technical requirements, material, surface finish, copper weight, board thickness and special process notes. For PCBA, include the BOM, pick-and-place file, assembly drawings and testing requirements where available.
Gerber RS-274X is preferred because it provides clear production data. We can also review common PCB design exports such as Protel, P-CAD and other manufacturing files when required.
Yes. Customer design files, BOMs and production documents are treated as confidential project data and used only for quotation, engineering review, manufacturing and quality control.

Lead time is confirmed project by project based on layer count, material availability, process complexity and quantity. The estimated production schedule is provided with the quotation.
Yes. Suitable simple prototype boards can often be arranged in about three to seven working days, depending on layer count, material and manufacturing complexity.
Projects are reviewed against applicable IPC acceptance standards. Quality-system, UL or customer-required certification documents can be provided for supplier qualification when relevant.
We support rigid, flexible, rigid-flex, HDI, aluminum or metal-base PCB, gold finger boards and PCBA projects. FR-4, high-performance materials, Rogers and DuPont options can be discussed according to application requirements.
Yes. WIP updates can be provided during active orders, daily or at agreed manufacturing milestones depending on the project schedule and reporting needs.
Shipping is quoted according to destination, package size, weight and method. DAP, DDP, FOB Hong Kong, FCA and direct shipment to an end customer can be discussed when appropriate.
